It was of great sadness and shock to hear of the passing of Gary Alameda otherwise know as “G”. This man a staple of Charleston Nightlife and I met him at my very first gig in Charleston at Palmetto’s way back in 2005. Since that first meeting, I have literally seen him outside of almost every gig in Charleston and he NEVER forgot a person once you met him. He will be missed very badly!
